Cancellation Policy -- Refund Policy for Cancellations
Refunds are for event registration only. Membership dues under the Join IABC & Go options cannot be refunded. Refund rates are:
Prior to Sept. 25, 2009:    100% refund.
Prior to Oct. 7, 2009:        50% refund.
After Oct. 7, 2009 (including No Shows): No refunds.
No exceptions will be made. IABC/Houston will process all refunds/credits after the conference. If you need to cancel or modify your registration, please use your confirmation number and the link provided in your confirmation email.
